Goods return
In accordance with the established rules, goods return is possible within 14 days from the date of receipt of the purchased goods.
The basis for return is the return of the goods together with the original receipt and the correctly completed goods return form (Annex 1).The return transfer will be sent to the bank account indicated by the customer within 14 days from the date of receipt of the return parcel.
Foodstuffs, herbal mixtures, cosmetics, probiotics, oils and other such products after opening the packaging, it is not possible to return.
For hygienic reasons, underwear is not returnable.
Medical devices are not returnable.
In the event of a product defect, please contact the store staff.
Entrepreneurs conducting business activity who make purchases for the company outside the seller's premises (via the Internet, telephone or by mail) may exercise the right to withdraw from the concluded contract on the same terms as consumers who are natural persons. The condition is, however, that such a purchase is not related to the conducted activity, and that the enterprise is not run in the form of a commercial law company. The deadline for withdrawal from the concluded contract is 14 days and is counted either from the moment of delivery of the goods or performance of the ordered service. Exclusions from the right to withdraw from the contract - when the entrepreneur buys goods for an individual order - manufactured according to his specifications, with a logo, to a specific size.
