Daily recommended serving: 12 g (3 teaspoons = 13 ml) contains:
unsaturated fatty acids - 9.5 g
polyunsaturated fatty acids including omega-6 (linoleic acid) - 6.3 g 5.9 g
Monounsaturated fatty acids including omega-9 (oleic acid) - 3.2g 3 g
Do not exceed the recommended serving for consumption per day.
Use: Cold. For adults, to supplement the diet with polyunsaturated fatty acids. Package contains 38 suggested servings for consumption.
Dietary supplements should not be used as a substitute (replacement) for a varied diet.
