Extract from fermented vegetable plants (100%) [including: topinambur tubers (66.6%), carrot roots (16.7%), parsnip roots (16.7%)] obtained by fermentation with probiotic bacteria.

The supplement was produced in a cascade, multi-week fermentation process of organic Jerusalem artichoke, carrots and parsnips with live and active strains of probiotic bacteria, including: Lactobacillus rhamnosus GG, L.rhamnosus LR04, L.rhamnosus LR05, L.acidophilus LA1, L.delbrueckii ssp. bulgaricus LB2, L.casei 101/37, L.plantarum LP02, L. plantarum LP01, L.fermentum LF2, Bifidobacterium breve BL10, B.breve Bbr8, B.longum BL03, B.animalis ssp. lactis Bi1, Streptococcus thermophilus Z57, S.thermophilus 9Y.

After fermentation, the product underwent a 4-year aging process. This resulted in an exceptionally high antioxidant potential of the preparation.

A variety of antioxidants are included in POSTBIOTIC Joy Day AntyOxi GOLD 3.0. As a result, the body is protected multidimensionally, and the antioxidant compounds support each other and strengthen their effects.

The product is prepared in fermentation vats, by fermenting plant raw materials with the participation of live and active probiotic bacteria. This process contributes to both the extraction of bioactive components from the plants and the production of metabolites, or postbiotics, by the bacteria. Both the plant components from topinambur, carrots, parsnips and postbiotics are excellent sources of antioxidants in the finished product.

The combined antioxidant power in Joy Day Gold's postbiotic consists of organic acids, enzyme proteins, vitamins and polyphenols. Due to the extraordinary biodiversity and power of antioxidants in the product, we especially recommend it to people suffering from inflammatory diseases, exposed to oxidative stress, as well as lovers of natural products and healthy eating.

Usage:

Adults and the elderly: about 10 ml per day (1 tablespoon) or in periods of increased demand 10 ml twice a day, diluted in 50 ml of any cool beverage, excluding alcoholic beverages.

Children over 3 years of age: about 5 ml per day (1 teaspoon) diluted in 50 ml of any cool beverage.
