18 - HEALTH WITHOUT SMOKING CIGARETTES AND E-CIGARETTES

The herbal tea was created on the basis of A.Haretsky's knowledge and experience from 100% natural selected ingredients.

Ingredients:

Leaf: lanceolate plantain, nettle, peppermint, raspberry, lemon balm

Herb: St. John's wort, bindweed, honeysuckle

Root: great ophthalmus

Fruit: wild rose, hawthorn, juniper.

Directions for use:

Decoction: pour 1 tablespoon of the mixture over 0.5 liters of water, bring to a boil, then simmer over low heat for 15 minutes. Pour into a thermos for 2

hours. Drink strained through a strainer 3-4 times a day, with the addition of honey, 30 minutes before meals. Recommended daily serving of the product 1-2 tablespoons.

Tincture: pour 200g into 1 liter of 40% alcohol. Set aside for 14 days, shaking every 2 days. After this time, filter and add natural honey to taste.

Use prophylactically 30 ml of the tincture once a day, and for health ailments 3 times a day 30 ml.

Enema: 2 tablespoons of herbs per 2 liters of water, boil 5-10 minutes, strain, use at lukewarm temperature.

Application time:

Preventive course: 30 days, and therapeutic: 60 days.

For extensive lesions, repeat the treatment every 3 months or every six months.

Contraindications:

In case of allergy to the ingredients of the product. People taking medications, sick or pregnant women should consult a doctor.

Storage conditions: Store in a dry place, at room temperature, in a tightly closed container, away from children.

The minimum shelf life date is also the batch number.
