Author's Herbal Blend

This herbal tea was created based on the knowledge and experience of A. Haretski, using 100% natural, carefully selected ingredients.

Ingredients:

Leaf: Peppermint, Lemon Balm, Red Currant, Black Currant

Herb: Celandine

Root: Valerian

Flower: Chamomile, Calendula

Fruit: Hawthorn

Directions:

Infusion: Pour 0.5 liters of water over 1 tablespoon of the blend, bring to a boil, then simmer for 15 minutes. Pour into a thermos and steep for 2 hours. Drink

strained through a sieve, 3-4 times daily, with honey, 30 minutes before meals. Recommended daily intake: 1-2 tablespoons.

Externally: Pour 0.5 liters of boiling water over 1 tablespoon, and strain after 1 hour. Use in baths: once daily for preventive purposes, and up to 3 times daily

for therapeutic purposes.

Tincture: Pour 1 liter of 40% alcohol over 200g. Let steep for 14 days, shaking every 2 days. After this time, filter and add natural honey to taste.

Use 30 ml of the tincture once daily for preventive purposes, and 30 ml three times daily for health problems.

Enema: 2 tablespoons of herbs per 2 liters of water, boil for 5-10 minutes, strain, and use at lukewarm temperature.

Duration of use:

Prophylactic course: 30 days, therapeutic: 60 days.

For extensive lesions, repeat the treatment every 3 months or every six months.

Contraindications:

If you are allergic to any of the product's ingredients. People taking medication, are ill, or are pregnant should consult a doctor.

Storage conditions: Store in a dry place at room temperature, in a tightly closed container, out of reach of children.

The best before date is also the batch number.
