Ingredients:
Leaf: nettle, sage, lemon balm, thyme, birch, cowberry
Herb: bindweed, mugwort, field horsetail
Root: eleutherococcus, giant yammint
Flower: chamomile, calendula, blanket flower
Fruit: wild rose
Cones: hops
Method of preparation:
Pour 500 ml of boiling water over 1-2 tablespoons of the mixture (about 10-15 g) and steep covered for 10-15 minutes. After straining, the infusion is ready for
consumption.
💡 Drink preferably with honey, 2-3 times a day. Use as part of a varied diet and healthy lifestyle.
