Proprietary Herbal Blend

This herbal tea was created based on the knowledge and experience of A. Haretski, using 100% natural, selected ingredients.

Ingredients:

Leaf: Lemon balm

Herb: St. John's wort

Root: Valerian, Yarrow

Flower: Chamomile

Cones: Hops

Directions:

Infusion: Pour 0.5 liters of water over 1 tablespoon of the blend, bring to a boil, then simmer for 15 minutes. Pour into a thermos and steep for 2 hours. Drink

strained through a sieve 3-4 times daily, with honey, 30 minutes before meals. Recommended daily intake: 1-2 tablespoons.

Tincture: Pour 1 liter of 40% alcohol over 200g of the herbal mixture. Let steep for 14 days, shaking every other day. After this time, filter and add natural

honey to taste.

Take 30 ml of the tincture once daily as a preventative measure, and 30 ml three times daily for health problems.

Enema: 2 tablespoons of herbs per 2 liters of water, boil for 5-10 minutes, strain, and use at lukewarm temperature.

Duration of use:

Prophylactic course: 30 days, therapeutic: 60 days.

For extensive lesions, repeat the treatment every 3 months or every six months.

Contraindications:

If allergic to any of the product's ingredients, consult a doctor if you are taking medication, are ill, or are pregnant.

Storage conditions: Store in a dry place at room temperature, in a tightly closed container, out of reach of children.

The best before date is also the batch number.
