Directions:

Rinse the minerals, add 5 liters of water to 450 g of the mixture, and let it sit for 2–3 days.

Use 2–3 glasses daily. As you consume it, refill it overnight. Rinse once a week.

After 6–8 months, the minerals must be replaced with new ones.

In addition to drinking, the water can be used for cooking, washing, and for cosmetic purposes to prepare masks and toners.
