Ingredients:

Leaf: lanceolate plantain, nettle, raspberry, black currant, birch, cowberry, bearberry

Herb: St. John's wort, mugwort, traveler's chicory, field horsetail

Root: dandelion, giant yarmalion, resinous, yarrow

Flower: marigold

Fruit: wild rose

Method of preparation:

Pour 500 ml of boiling water over 1-2 tablespoons of the mixture (about 10-15 g) and steep covered for 10-15 minutes. After straining, the infusion is ready for

consumption. 

💡 Drink preferably with honey, 2-3 times a day. Use as part of a varied diet and healthy lifestyle.
