Ingredients:
Leaf: plantain, sage, thyme
Root: yarrow, giant yawl
Flower: chamomile, calendula
Method of preparation:
Pour 500 ml of boiling water over 1-2 tablespoons of the mixture (about 10-15 g) and steep covered for 10-15 minutes. After straining, the infusion is ready for
consumption.
💡 Drink preferably with honey, 2-3 times a day. Use as part of a varied diet and healthy lifestyle.
