How to order a course of therapy?

If you have already looked through all the information posted on our website including the section Contraindications and you have decided to undergo a course of regenerative therapy in our Academy of Regenerative Medicine you will have to do the following:

Fill out the form «An Advance Reservation of a Regenerative Tour» posted on thee nain page of our website. Fill in personal and contact information. Specify your diagnosis, describe your state of health and attach the scanned results of the latest medical examinations and tests, and one or more recent photos or videos. Specify the date of arrival and how many days you are going to stay at the Academy.
Your order will be reviewed within 7 days. In case of a positive decision about your course of regenerative therapy our specialist will contact you by e-mail or phone and ask you to fill out a questionnaire.
After receiving your questionnaire, within 7 days we will agree with you the possible duration and the cost of the course of regenerative therapy.
To confirm the reservation, a patient must pay the reservation fee. The reservation fee for a course of regenerative therapy is EUR 400 per patient. It must be paid within 7 days after getting the positive confirmation about patient’s possible stay at the Academy. If a patient comes to the Academy of Regenerative Medicine on the stipulated date the reservation fee will be adopted as a part of the cost of the course of regenerative therapy paid in advance. If a patient doesn’t come to the Academy on the stipulated day of arrival it will be considered as a non-refundable reservation fee.

Only after getting EUR 400 as a reservation fee for a course of regenerative therapy, the Academy confirms the patient an invitation to body regeneration. If a patient received our official invitation and due to some reasons he didn’t go to body regeneration or arrived at the Academy and refused to undergo the course of regenerative therapy there, EUR 400 paid in advance will not be refundable! It will be considered as a non-refundable fee for invitation processing and hotel reservation.

After arrival at the Academy, each patient must sign the letter of responsibility, in which he makes a commitment to observe all the rules established in the Academy, gives his consent that author’s and other methods and know-how developments may be used for him in the Academy , takes full responsibility for his life and health and undertakes not to disclose confidential commercial information.

What the cost of each course of regenerative therapy includes

The cost of a course of regenerative therapy.
Initial reception. The necessity of medical examination and a set of regenerative and diagnostic procedures are determined on the initial reception.
Basic procedures. The number and type of required regenerative procedures depend only on the need for the goal achievement. All the regenerative procedures are performed according to the chosen course of regenerative therapy.
The training course “Simple and available methods of disease prevention and body recovery by means of regenerative medicine techniques”.
An ultrasound examination of the functional body state of the patient, as required.

The schedule of courses of therapy

The schedule of courses of regenerative therapy:

The arrival date must be agreed in advance with the head of the Academy.
A check-in time: from 6:00 p.m. to 10: p.m. on Sunday evening.
An extra fee of EUR 25 is charged for check-in on Sunday before 6.00 p.m. or after 10.00 p.m.
The beginning of procedures: 7:15 a.m. on Monday morning.
A check-out time (the last day of the course of regenerative therapy): until 06:00 p.m.
An extra fee of EUR 25 is charged for check-out after 6:00 p.m on Saturday evening.
Extra days are charged for each additional day.

We offer comfortable self catering accommodation with home atmosphere in well-equipped one bedroom and two bedroom apartments at the Academy. It allows our patients not to feel like staying in the hospital and provides psychological comfort. There is a well-equipped kitchen in each apartment. You can cook your own food. It’s the best and cheapest variant used by 95% of our guests.

Bedclothes and towels are changed at least once a week in standard rooms and twice a week in lux rooms. Bath towels for sauna procedures are changed every day.

Each patient who will come for body regeneration to the Academy for 30 and more days will get a pair of bathroom slippers and a bathrobe free of charge.

If a patient comes to the Academy of Regenerative Medicine on the stipulated date the reservation fee will be adopted as a part of the cost of the course of regenerative therapy paid in advance. If a patient doesn’t come to the Academy on the stipulated day of arrival it will be considered as a non-refundable reservation fee.

Attention! The service “LUX” – all procedures are performed in a luxury apartment. A PATIENT DOESN’T NEED TO GO OUT OF HIS APARTMENT. This is the only place where a person can relax, rejuvenate, cleanse the body and restore the whole body without leaving the apartment. Limited number of places available! The cost of the service “LUX” is 20% higher than the costs of standard programs indicated above. The service is ideal for people who value an individual approach and privacy, who prefer to remain unknown.
